Siblings Lori and Greg Heller took the helm at The Chef Upstairs in 2008 from founders Jim and Janice Colbert. Greg and Lori and the Chef Upstairs team have developed a formula that works inside the studio or in the heart of your home or office. We are proud to be 100% nut and peanut free.

Julian Pancer joined our team in 2014 and he is a co-owner of the Vaughan location with Greg Heller. Julian carries on their family food service tradition started by his Grandfather, when Pancer's Deli was opened in 1957.

Julian is a Red Seal Chef. He is a graduate of the George Brown Chef School and has learned his trade working with several amazing chefs from around the globe. Julian is the Chef de Cuisine and General Manager at the Vaughan location and will make sure that every event is an Amazing and Delicious Experience. Contact Julian

Lori is the owner and president of Heller Productions, one of Toronto's top Corporate Event Planning companies.

Greg is long-time entrepreneur and business consultant, accomplished chef, and avid wine collector. Greg manages the business and his great staff of Event Planners, Chefs and Servers will make your event memorable and delightful. Contact Greg
