Our Summer "Chef Camp" is sure to inspire your child's inner chef!

The safety of our campers and staff is our top priority, as is delivering a fun, educational and delicious experience for all. Available for kids aged 7-17, our "Chef Camp" program runs from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and features a daily themed chef-prepared breakfast upon arrival, as well as a chef-prepared demonstrative lunch and afternoon snack which will teach the campers the skills to replicate these dishes at home (please see this week's menu below)

Cooking is an important life skill and is the core passion of every chef. Cooking is, however, only a small part of what it truly means to be a chef. At "Chef Camp", the campers’ education and passion for food and cooking will be ignited, preparing them as aspiring chefs and lifelong foodies. In order to adhere to government guidelines that do not allow "activities that involve camp participants in preparing or serving of food", we have modified our camp programming to create a unique chef experience unlike any other.

“Chef Camp” features:

  • Learning from their safely-distanced stations, perfect for 1 or 2 campers from a household or bubble (sibling discount applies)
  • PPE: masks, gloves, sanitizer, hand-washing stations
  • Chef-prepared breakfast upon arrival, as well as a chef-prepared demonstrative lunch and afternoon snack which will teach the campers the skills to replicate these dishes at home
  • Chefs will teach proper technique, time management, safety in the kitchen and how to think like a chef
  • Hands-on knife skill lessons
  • Running a Restaurant 101 where campers will take on various roles as sous chef, managers or the marketing department to create and run a successful eatery as a team
  • Campers will learn the cultural aspects of cooking and learn how history, geography, religion, science, math, arts, language, and music are all interconnected
  • Food-themed games, crafts, trivia and activities focused on creative writing and public speaking skills
  • Outdoor, physically-distanced activities
