Midtown - Teen Cooking Classes - 5 week Spring Session Part 1 - Tuesday March 19 - Tuesday April 30 2024

• Our Teen Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
• Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
• Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, learn kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
• Classes are 2.5 hours each, from 5 -7:30 PM

Tuesday March 19- Italian Favourites

• Stracciatella Soup
• Handmade calzones and panzerottis with choice of fillings
• Stracciatella Gelato

Tuesday March 26- Off the Hook

• Fish n’ chips with tartar sauce
• Creamy slaw
• Strawberry fool (strawberries and cream)

NO CLASS ON TUESDAY APRIL 2

Tuesday April 9- A Quick Trip to India

• Butter chicken
• Fresh made naan
• Roasted cauliflower
• Chai custard

Tuesday April 16 - Homestyle French Cooking

• Whole roasted chicken
• Roasted Brussel sprouts
• Potatoes au gratin
• Crepes suzette

Tuesday April 30- IRON CHEF

Iron Chef menus are always a surprise, decided on by the chef and kids throughout the program. This day will challenge the junior chefs to use all of the skills that they have learned in the previous weeks.
