Our Summer Chef Camp is sure to inspire your child's inner chef!

The safety of our campers and staff is our top priority, as is delivering a fun, educational and delicious experience for all. Available for kids aged 7-17, our "Chef Camp" program runs from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and features a daily themed breakfast, lunch and afternoon (please see our menus below)

 Chef Camp features:

  • Learning from safely-distanced stations, perfect for 1 or 2 campers from a household or bubble (sibling discount applies)
  • PPE: masks (required), gloves, sanitizer, hand-washing stations
  • A daily themed breakfast, lunch and snack, prepared by your junior chef!
  • Chefs will teach proper technique, time management, safety in the kitchen and how to think like a chef
  • Hands-on knife skill lessons
  • Running a Restaurant 101 where campers will take on various roles as sous chef, managers or the marketing department to create and run a successful eatery as a team
  • Campers will learn the cultural aspects of cooking and learn how history, geography, religion, science, math, arts, language, and music are all interconnected
  • Food-themed games, crafts, trivia and activities focused on creative writing and public speaking skills
  • Outdoor, physically-distanced activities

    Week 6, August 9-13

    Monday: Summer in Greece

    • Granola, yogurt and berry parfaits

    Tuesday: Taco Tuesday!

    • Breakfast nachos

    Week 7, August 16-20

    Monday: Pub Classics

    • Eggs, toast, sausage and fresh fruit
    • Pulled chicken sliders with fresh made buns
    • Healthy slaw and sweet potato wedges

    Tuesday: Fajita Party!

    • Huevos rancheros
    • Beef, chicken, peppers, onions, corn and black bean salsa
    • Mexican chopped salad
    • Baked churros with chocolate sauce

    Wednesday: In the Calzone!

    • Fresh smoothies and frittatas
    • Assorted calzones
