Vaughan - Teen Cooking Classes - 6 week Fall Session - Monday October 2 – Monday November 13 2023

• Our Teen Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
• Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
• Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, learn kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
• Classes are 2.5 hours each, from 5-7:30 p.m.

What's Cooking?

Monday October 2 - Dining with Dumplings

• Steamed dim sum
• Vegetarian stir fry with steamed rice
• Crispy dessert dumplings

NO CLASS ON MONDAY OCTOBER 9 FOR THANKSGIVING

Monday October 16 - Pizza Party!

• Caesar salad with fresh made dressing
• Fresh made pizza dough and your choice of toppings
• Balsamic macerated strawberries with whipped cream

Monday October 23 - South American Street Food

• Beef and veggie empanadas with fresh salsa
• Rice and beans with fresh greens
• Brazilian tapioca crepes

Monday October 30- Halloween Iron Chef

Spooky Black Box Competition – Sweet and Savoury! This class is always a surprise. It will be a fun class that will challenge the junior chefs to use all of the skills that they have learned in the previous weeks.

Monday November 6 - Fall Favourites
