  • Our Junior Chef Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
  • Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
  • Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
  • Classes are 2.5 hours each, from 5 -7:30 p.m.

     Tuesday October 11 - Thanksgiving: Home for the Holidays  

    • Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
    • Turkey Stew with garlic-butter biscuits
    • Take-Home Apple Sauce 

    Tuesday October 18  - Italian Fall Favourites

    • Romaine and oven dried cherry tomato salad with a creamy garlic dressing
    • Classic tomato sauce made in 45 minutes
    • Three cheese Ravioli (pasta from scratch)

    Tuesday October 25 - Trip to Mexico

    • Chopped Salad
    • Rice and beans
    • Taco trio; Vegetarian, fish and chicken

    Tuesday November 1 - Halloween Party

    • Black Bean Hummus Spiderweb Dip with Veggie Stick Skeletons
    • Mummy Meatballs 
    • Bloody Baked Brie (Baked Brie with Berry Coulis) 
    • Frankenstein Rice Krispy Treats

    Tuesday November 8 - Soup Pho Me, Please!

    • Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls
    • Pho Bo - Beef Noodle Soup

    Tuesday November 15 - Iron Chef Finale

    This class is always a surprise. It will be a fun class that will challenge the kids to use all of the skills that they have learned in the previous 7 weeks
