  • Stay socially connected and enjoy an interactive group cooking experience from the comfort of your own home with friends, family, and new friends
  • Our March Break Camp will take your junior chef on a virtual tour around the world, where they will create delicious themed meals for your family to enjoy!
  • Your junior chef will have the opportunity to interact with our chef, ask questions and have the chef see into their kitchen to guide and encourage
  • Watch their skills and confidence improve as they are guided through proper knife techniques, organization, time management, safety and creativity in the kitchen
  • Class will start at 1 p.m. and will last about 2.5-3 hours (log in at 12:30 p.m.)

 Monday April 12 -American Classics

  • Chili

  • Homemade Crunchy Coleslaw

 Tuesday April 13 -Taco Party!

  • Guacamole and Salsa with Tortilla Chips
  • Blackened Fish Tacos with Crema and Slaw
  • Pulled Chicken Carnitas with Black Bean, Corn and Tomato Salsa
  • Homemade Tortillas

 Wednesday April 14 -Greek

  • Greek Salad
  • Chicken Souvlaki and Tzatziki
  • Homemade Pita
  • Yogurt, Berries and Honey

     Thursday April 15-Thai Cuisine

    • Mango Salad
    • Coconut Green Curry with Shrimp, Chicken & Vegetables
    • Lemongrass-infused Jasmine Rice 
    • Mango Sorbet with Toasted Coconut

     Friday April 16 –Pizza Party!

    • Homemade Dough
    • Choose your own Toppings
    • Caesar Salad with Homemade Dressing
    • Italian Orange Cookies

      What to Expect:

    • Connect with fellow foodies
    • Learn new tips and tricks 
    • Hone your knife skills
    • Class will start at 1 p.m. and will last about 2.5-3 hours (log in at 12:30 p.m.)
    • The class consists of a full meal, prepared by you in your own home under the guidance of our chef, via Zoom
    • Parental supervision is recommended

    How to Connect:

    1. Register for the class
    2. Ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded on a computer or mobile device (we suggest using a laptop for the best experience)
    3. Shortly after registration, we will send you an ingredient and kitchen tools list, as well as set up that will be needed for the class
    4. Half an hour before the class, you will have access to the Zoom class.  Take that time to sign-in, connect with your fellow foodies and make sure you are ready to go
