Virtual - Valentine's Day Couple's Cooking Class 2022

The perfect night in for you and your plus 1... A Valentine Experience, unlike any other.

Things are heating up in the kitchen with our virtual cooking class featuring a delicious menu and socializing with fellow foodies, all from the comfort of your own home. 

Delivery of ingredients is no longer available for this event!

What's Cooking?

• Chef Prepared: Sour Dough Baked Brie with Caramelized Pears and Shallots (*with delivery of ingredients option only)
• Chef Prepared: Carrot, Apple. Ginger and Coconut Soup (*with delivery of ingredients option only)
• Pan-Seared Scallops on Fresh Greens
• Reverse Sear Beef Tenderloin with Compound Butter in a Natural Pan Sauce, Haricots Verts and Wild Mushrooms
  • Pescatarian Substitute: Maple-Glazed Black Cod
  • Vegetarian Substitute: Medley of Roasted Mushrooms, Kale, Cannellini Beans and Green Beans
• Flourless Chocolate Torte with Whipped Cream and Macerated Strawberries

What to Expect:

• Enjoy a romantic night in 
• Connect with fellow foodies
• Learn new tips and tricks
• Log in at 5:30 p.m. and get cooking at 6 p.m. (EST) – the evening is about 3 hours
• The evening consists of a full meal, with components prepared by our chefs and completed by you in your own home under the guidance of our chef, via Zoom

How to Connect:

1. Register for the class
2. Ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded on a computer or mobile device (we suggest using a laptop for the best experience)
3. Shortly after registration, we will send you an ingredient and kitchen tools list, as well as set up that will be needed for the class
4. Half an hour before the class, you will have access to the Zoom class.  Take that time to sign-in, connect with your fellow foodies and make sure you are ready to go
