Our signature Erapreneur Chef-working experience is part cooking class, part connection, and all fun, as we cook, dine, and connect with fellow Erapreneurs and future biz besties. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or simply here to enjoy the experience, this is your invitation to step away from the day-to-day, celebrate your biz besties, enjoy a delicious lunch, and create new memories together.
Here’s what’s on the Menu:
· Welcome Drink and Snack: Homemade Guacamole, Salsa, Queso & Bean Dip with Homemade Chips and Non-Alcoholic Sangria
· Mexican Chopped Salad with Roasted Peppers, Corn, Tomatoes & Avocado
· Pulled Chicken Carnitas with Black Bean, Corn and Tomato Salsa
· Homemade Tortillas
· Mexican Style Rice
· Cinnamon Sugar Churros with Chocolate Covered Strawberries & Ice Cream
Your event includes soft drinks, sparkling water, coffee + tea. And during dessert we’ll keep the connections flowing with time to mingle and move around the room.
What to Expect:
· The event begins at 11 am and the cooking will begin around 11:30 am
· Guests will work together to create the meal under the guidance our chef- learn and then eat!
· Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
· The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
· Enjoy the meal and stay until 2pm to mingle, connect and have fun
