This is the ultimate cooking class for the truly adventuresome foodie. You will be treated to an amazing multi-course meal that you will prepare along with your chef instructor. Each class will be a unique experience and you will not know the menu until you arrive. 

French Provence cuisine is known for its use of fresh ingredients, aromatic herbs, and bold flavours. Our chef will take guests on a tour of Provençale dishes, techniques, ingredients, and cultural connections. If you love French food, then this class will fill you with that “Je ne sais quoi”!

  • Classes are always nut and peanut free
  • Classes include 5-Courses
  • Ingredients may include shellfish, seafood, red meat, pork, gluten

  • Arrival platter - flatbreads, dip, olives and cheese
  • Salad - Seared Sea Scallop with red grapefruit and avocado
  • Roasted Celery and Garlic Soup, puréed and topped with Crisp Prosciutto
  • Bistecca alla Fiorentina. A well aged 3” thick porterhouse steak that is grilled to perfection, sliced thin and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Served with sautéed greens, oven roasted tomatoes and the classic accompaniment of cannellini beans seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • Decadent dark chocolate mousse with chocolate dipped strawberries

What to Expect:

  • Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
  • Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
  • Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
  • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
  • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
  • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
