Midtown - Valentine's Day Chocolate Lovers Class

Join us as we sir up some classic chocolate dishes and finish the Valentine's Day weekend in the sweetest way. This class is open for ages 12 and up so it is the perfect Family class, for couples, and for any chocolate lover. 

Your chef will guide you through tested and perfected recipes, teaching baking techniques, kitchen tips and tricks. Each class will end with participants enjoying their finished goods with café and bar beverages available. All classes include recipes so you can enjoy these at home.

Our space is a wonderful social outing for singles, family members and friends.

Kids ages 12 and up are welcome – each guest must register individually.

Chocolate Lovers

• Decadent Dark Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Berries 
• Flourless Chocolate Torte with Berry Coulis
• Chocolate Tiramisu 
• Fresh-made Hot Cocoa (adult option: spike it up 😉)

What to Expect:

• Classes are about 3 hours long
• Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
• Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
• Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
• The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
• When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
• Note, we require a minimum of 6 participants to run the class
