Our Summer Chef Camp is sure to inspire your child's inner chef!

The safety of our campers and staff is our top priority, as is delivering a fun, educational and delicious experience for all. Available for kids aged 7-17, our Chef Camp program runs from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and features a daily themed breakfast, lunch and afternoon (please see our menus below)

 Chef Camp features:

  • Learning from safely-distanced stations, perfect for 1 or 2 campers from a household or bubble (sibling discount applies)
  • PPE: masks (required), gloves, sanitizer, hand-washing stations
  • A daily themed breakfast, lunch and snack, prepared by your junior chef!
  • Chefs will teach proper technique, time management, safety in the kitchen and how to think like a chef
  • Hands-on knife skill lessons
  • Running a Restaurant 101 where campers will take on various roles as sous chef, managers or the marketing department to create and run a successful eatery as a team
  • Campers will learn the cultural aspects of cooking and learn how history, geography, religion, science, math, arts, language, and music are all interconnected
  • Food-themed games, crafts, trivia and activities focused on creative writing and public speaking skills
  • Outdoor, physically-distanced activities

 Week 1, July 5-9

  • Apple pie

Tuesday- Mexico Beachside:

  • Breakfast burrito
  • Green Chili and Cheese Quesadillas with homemade tortillas
  • Mexican chopped salad
  • Tres Leches cake

Wednesday: Italian - Nonna’s Favourites

  • Breakfast paninis with fresh fruit
  • Meat/Veggie lasagna with homemade pasta and tomato sauce
  • Stracciatella soup
  • Biscotti

Thursday: Summer Halloween!

  • Toads in a Hole (“eggs in a basket”) with Witches Hair Hash and Trick or Treat Bacon (Sweet n’ Spicy)
  • Mummy Wraps (pastry wrapped mini sausages) with homemade ketchup
  • Creepy Crawly Pasta Salad
  • Black Bean Hummus Dip with Skeleton Veggie Sticks
  • Green Rice Krispy squares with chocolate chips

Friday: IRON CHEF DAY!
