Explore the flavours and ingredients of autumn in a mouth-watering, plant-based way. Learn how to create delicious and hearty Italian dishes using autumnal vegetables, herbs, and spices. From a traditional soup to homemade pasta and gelato, this class will inspire you to embrace the bounty of the season and create satisfying vegetarian meals.

You will learn how to:

  • Create a simple, but impressive soup with homemade pesto and the BEST garlic bread,
  • Make pasta from scratch, using it to prepare an incredible ravioli dish,
  • Prepare gelato from scratch!

  • Rustic Tomato Soup with Pesto Drizzle and Buttery Garlic Bread
  • Wild Mushroom and Ricotta Stuffed Ravioli in a Brown Butter and Herb Sauce
  • Pumpkin-Spiced Gelato, made from scratch

    What to Expect:

    • Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
    • Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
    • Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
    • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
    • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
    • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
