Join our talented chef in the kitchen for an unforgettable culinary journey of cooking, socializing, and connecting. Delight in a meticulously crafted 5-course menu that elevates the art of dining.

What's Cooking:

  • On Arrival: Complimentary Glass of Prosecco, or Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Beverage
  • On Arrival: Chef Curated Cheese Plate for 2, with accompaniments
  • Interactive:Fresh scallops seared to perfection and served with a light, tangy lemon butter sauce, served on a bed of greens
    • Vegetarian substitute: pan-friend king oyster mushrooms
  • Interactive: Classic French Onion Soup - Caramelized onions simmered in a savory beef broth, topped with sliced baguette and melted Gruyère cheese
    • Vegetarian substitute available 
  • Interactive: Asparagus with Hollandaise and Pancetta Crisps
    • Vegetarian/halal substitute: replace pancetta with roasted red pepper
  • Interactive: Beef Wellington - Tender beef tenderloin coated with mushroom duxelles, wrapped in prosciutto and puff pastry, and baked to golden perfection. Served with a red wine reduction and sides of roasted baby carrots and garlic mashed potatoes.
    • Pescatarian and Vegetarian Substitutes: Salmon Wellington or Mushroom and Spinach Wellington
  • Interactive: Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with Raspberry Coulis - a rich chocolate cake with a molten center, served warm with a side of raspberry coulis for a touch of tartness. Garnished with fresh raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.

 

What to Expect:

  • Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
  • Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
  • Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
  • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
  • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
  • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
