Enjoy some Canadian classics with our own spin. Up your salad game, learn how to cook salmon perfectly and indulge your sweet tooth.

What's Cooking?

  • Baked Brie with Honey & Apples
  • Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad
  • Maple Crusted Salmon with Garlic Roast Green Beans & Shallots
  • Ice wine Poached Pears

What to Expect:

  • Connect with fellow foodies
  • Learn new tips and tricks:  Up your salad game, Salmon cooking techniques: how long and with which marinade or seasoning, Poaching pears with a variety of liquids
  • Hone your knife skills
  • Class begins at 6 p.m. (EST) and is about 3 hours
  • The evening consists of a full meal, prepared by you in your own home under the guidance of our chef, via Zoom

    How to Connect:

    1. Register for the class
    2. Ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded on a computer or mobile device (we suggest using a laptop for the best experience)
    3. Shortly after registration, we will send you an ingredient and kitchen tools list, as well as set up that will be needed for the class
    4. Half an hour before the class, you will have access to the Zoom class.  Take that time to sign-in, connect with your fellow foodies and make sure you are ready to go
