Serves 4  

Ingredients  

1 small round of brie  

3 to 4 tbsp honey  

Directions  

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  

2. Place the brie on a sheet pan covered with  parchment paper and drizzle with the  honey. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it  starts to ooze but not melt.  

3. Serve with sliced green apple slices, fresh  baguette and/or crackers.
