Chef Lisa’s love for cooking comes from countless hours (and courses) spent with her family preparing, eating, drinking, and sitting around the table spending time together. Coming from an Italian family, food has always been a big part of her life and she loves the way it brings people together. Her spotlight menu is beautifully crafted and sure to please. This menu is a tribute to her father's side of the family who hail from the beautiful region of Puglia, the heel of the boot. 


  • Upon Arrival: Antipasto Plate featuring Prosciutto, Melone, Bocconcini, Homemade Tomato, Olive Focaccia 
  • Grilled Polenta on a bed of Arugula with Sautéed Mixed Mushrooms 
  • Homemade Orecchiette with Anchovies, Garlic, Chili, Rapini and Broccoli with Toasted Breadcrumbs 
  • Pan-roasted Italian Sausage with Peppers, Onions and Fennel, Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Green Salad 
  • Affogato with Homemade Gelato and Sambuca, Lemon and Mint Marinated Strawberries
