  • For ages 12 and up, our Teen Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
  • Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
  • Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
  • Classes are 2.5 hours each, from 5 -7: 30 p.m. and for ages 12 and up and includes the hands-on lesson, dinner and socializing
  • All government guidelines for safety are followed including masks, temperature checks and distancing while eating

What's Cooking?

Week 1 – Monday September 13-Pizza Party!

  • Caesar salad with fresh made dressing
  • Fresh made pizza dough and your choice of toppings

Week 2 - Monday September 20-American Classics:

  • Chili
  • Mac n’ cheese
  • Fresh made biscuits

Week 3 – Monday  September 27 - -Grilling in Fall:

  • Chicken skewers with red peppers and mushrooms
  • Bruschetta pasta salad

Week 4 – Monday October 4-Fajita Party!

  • Beef, chicken, peppers, onions, corn and black bean salsa
  • Mexican chopped salad

NO CLASS ON MONDAY OCTOBER 11

Week 5 – Monday October 18-Rustic Italian:

  • Cheese ravioli
  • Minestrone soup
  • Garlic bread

Week 6 – Monday October 25-Greek Night:

  • Greek Salad
  • Chicken souvlaki
  • Tzatziki
  • Homemade pita

Week 7 – Monday November 1- A Trip to Thailand:

  • Mango Salad
  • Pad Thai
  • Green Curry Chicken
  • Coconut Rice

Week 8 – Monday November 8-Soup and Sliders:

  • Carrot, apple and ginger soup
  • Pulled chicken sliders with creamy coleslaw and sweet potato wedges
