Allow us to transport you to the bustling streets of Mexico, where the aromas and flavours will ignite your senses and leave you with a newfound appreciation for Mexican street food. Learn how to make tortillas from scratch, creating a warm and comforting base for a variety of delicious tacos and garnishes. Finish the class off with fried churros with cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce!

You will learn how to:

• Knead, roll, press, and cook the BEST tortillas,
• Create incredible flavour combination for your next Taco Tuesday,
• Create an easy donut dough and fry to perfection!

• Upon Arrival Snack: Chef's Choice
• Grilled Shrimp and Avocado Salad
• Homemade Tortillas
• Blackened Fish Tacos with Avocado Crema and Slaw
• Pulled Chicken Carnitas and Black Bean, Corn and Tomato Salsa
• Cinnamon Sugar Churros with Chocolate Sauce

What to Expect:

• Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
• Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
• Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
• Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
• The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
• When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
