Calling all foodies and home cooks! Our new Culinary 101 program will take you on a culinary tour around the world, while focusing on sharpening your kitchen skills and having you take home a meal for 2! Join us each week as we sink our teeth into a range of global cuisines. More than just a casual cooking class and not quite as intensive as culinary college, the classes in this course will focus on:

  • Knife Skills
  • Butchery
  • Stocks, Soups, and Sauces
  • Starches and Grains
  • Baking
  • Increasing your Recipe Repertoire
  • A Wide Range of Culinary Tips and Tricks!

Bring your Tupperware because each class, you will be preparing dinner for 2 to be enjoyed at home that evening!

What’s Cooking?

  • Tapas Salad with Grilled Bell Peppers, Olives and Capers

  • Grilled Eggplant with Manchego, Capers, and Saffron Honey

  • Mojo Picon Chicken Skewers

  • Spanish Rice with Tomatoes, Garlic, and Chorizo Sausage

What to Bring:

  • 4-5 pieces of Tupperware
  • Your own knives (optional)

What to Expect:

  • Classes begin at 2 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
  • Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
  • Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and take your meal home to enjoy
  • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
  • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
  • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
