 Join us for Chef-working — part cooking class, part networking, all fun — as we sip, cook, dine, and connect with fellow CS members and future biz besties.

Here’s what’s on the menu (besides new friendships):

 🍷 Arrival drinks, mocktails, charcuterie & chef’s cheeses

🍝 You’ll roll up your sleeves and help prepare the star of the meal — handmade pappardelle pasta with a slow braised chicken ragu (veg option available).

🥗 Grilled Portobello Salad with fresh Parmesan

🍰 Orange Olive Oil Cake with Mascarpone Whipped Cream

✨ Plus, one alcoholic drink, unlimited soft drinks, sparkling, coffee + tea.

And during dessert — we’ll keep the connections flowing with time to mingle and move around the room.

What to Expect:

• The event begins at 6 and the cooking will begin at around 6:30 pm
• Enjoy the meal and stay until 9:30 to mingle
• Guests will work together to create the meal under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
• Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
• The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
• When not cooking, mingle and relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
