Enjoy an intimate and exclusive evening of cooking, cocktails, good music, storytelling and, of course, delicious food. Join Chef Dylan as he takes you on a quick trip around the world. His influences range from his Italian and English heritage, as well as his travels. His culinary journey began in Lake Louise, Alberta and took him to Australia where he developed his love for lamb!

Enjoy Italian, French, Canadian, Austrian and English dishes in this uniquely crafted menu with all of Chef Dylan’s favourites and specialties.

Menu:

  • On Arrival - Truffle Arancini Balls
  • First Course – Fennel and Leek Sambuca Velouté
  • Second Course - Pan Seared Scallops with Cauliflower Puree and Blueberries
  • Main Course - Lamb Rack with Peas and Israeli Couscous 
  • Dessert - English Trifle
