Step Into the Bold World of Nu Mediterranean

Imagine yourself in the heart of a bustling Moroccan market—the air alive with the tantalizing aroma of roasted spices, tangy citrus, and smoky charred vegetables. Colours burst around you: the golden glow of saffron, the fiery red of chillies, the deep green of fresh herbs. At Nu Mediterranean, we take this vibrant energy and bring it to life in Toronto, showcasing the Mediterranean’s flavours without limitations or adaptations—just pure, unapologetic boldness in every bite.

Crafted by Chef Idan Os, our events blend ancient marination techniques, old-world fermentations, and cutting-edge culinary methods to present the Mediterranean as you’ve never experienced it before. Each dish is a sensory journey, paired with authentic music and storytelling to immerse you fully in the region’s rich culinary heritage.

Hosted at the intimate The Chef Upstairs, Nu Mediterranean is shaking up Toronto’s food scene. Come hungry, mingle freely, and let us take you on a bold, unforgettable flavour adventure.
