Midtown - Culinary 101: Baking Series - Pies and Tarts
Your chef will guide you through tested and perfected recipes, teaching baking techniques, kitchen tips and tricks. Each class will end with participants enjoying their finished goods with café and bar beverages available. All classes include recipes so you can enjoy these at home.
Our space is a wonderful social outing for singles, family members and friends.
Kids ages 7 and up are welcome with an adult - each guest must register individually.

Savoury Galette (This versatile dough can be used for sweet and savoury dishes. We will be making this baked pastry with cheese and seasonal vegetables)

No Nuts About It - Treats to Share!
We’re going to end our 4-week session with something sweet – cookies to share! We have taken classic recipes traditionally made with nuts, and revamped them to be nut free. Each participant will leave with samples of each of the below recipes. Perfect for sharing with family and friends…. Or freezing and saving for yourself!
Nut-free Baklava (made with sunflower seeds!)
What to Expect:
Classes begin at 2 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach
Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
Note, we require a minimum of 6 participants to run the class
