Midtown - Teen Cooking Classes - 3-week Winter Session from Tuesday February 7 - Tuesday March 7 2023

• Our Junior Chef Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
• Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
• Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
• Classes are 2.5 hours each, from 5 -7:30 p.m. including the hands-on lesson, dinner and socializing

Tuesday February 7 -  Taco Party!

• Homemade tortillas with flank steak and roasted fish
• Salsa
• Guacamole
• Crunchy slaw 

NO CLASS ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 14 FOR VALENTINE'S DAY OR FEBRUARY 21 FOR FAMILY DAY LONG WEEKEND

Tuesday February 28 Japanese Sushi Bar

• Miso soup
• Roll your own sushi with fresh made sushi rice, assorted fish and vegetable fillings
• Chocolate dipped fruit dusted with matcha green tea

Tuesday March 7 - Iron Chef Finale

This class is always a surprise. It will be a fun class that will challenge the kids to use all of the skills that they have learned in the previous weeks
