Midtown - Teen Cooking Classes - 5 week Spring Session - Tuesday May 7 - June 11 2024

• Our Teen Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
• Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
• Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, learn kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
• Classes are 2.5 hours each, from 5 -7:30 PM

Tuesday May 7 - Mother’s Day Brunch

• Strawberry spinach salad
• Maple-black pepper bacon (turkey/beef)
• Brioche French toast
• Chocolate mousse

Tuesday May 14 - Nonna’s Favourites

• Handmade pappardelle in a classic tomato sauce
• Grilled antipasto
• Italian orange cookies

Tuesday May 28- A Quick Trip to Thailand

• Mango salad
• Pad thai
• Coconut mango sticky rice

Tuesday June 4/ - Beachside in Mexico

• Homemade chicken, cheese and chili quesadillas
• Salsa
• Guacamole
• Kid friendly pina colada smoothies

Tuesday June 11- IRON CHEF

Iron Chef menus are always a surprise, decided on by the chef and kids throughout the program. This day will challenge the junior chefs to use all of the skills that they have learned in the previous weeks.
