Our Summer Cooking Camp is sure to inspire your child's inner chef!

Available for kids aged 12-16, our summer camp program runs from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and features a daily themed breakfast, lunch and snack (see weekly menus below)

We offer a hands-on experience to get teens comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity. Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, learn kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more. In between cooking and eating, the kids will enjoy food-themed activities and time to play outside at the local park or private outdoor space.

We offer programs throughout the school year including weekly classes, PD Day, Winter Break and March Break Camps as well as private parties.

Week 10 – August 26-30


  • Pancakes with bacon/turkey bacon/beef bacon and fresh fruit
  • Chili with homestyle biscuits
  • Chopped salad
  • Choose your own adventure cookies

Spanish Tapas

  • Spanish Tortilla
  • Pan con tomate (bruschetta but with Spanish flair)
  • Chicken skewers with mojo picon (traditional tomato and pepper sauce, without the heat)
  • Patatas bravas with smoky garlic mayo (crispy potatoes)
  • Tapas salad with roasted peppers and olives
  • Crema Catalan (think creme brulee but Spanish style)

Nonna’s Gnocchi

  • Savoury pizza crepes with fresh fruit
  • Handmade gnocchi with spinach basil pesto and classic tomato sauce
  • Antipasto: Grilled veggie salad with balsamic vinaigrette
  • Vanilla bean panna cotta with fresh berries

Summer Valentine’s Day

  • Croque monsieur and fresh fruit smoothies
  • Red beet risotto with pan-roasted chicken
  • Roasted green beans with garlic and shallots
  • Chocolate dipped strawberries


  • Friday’s menus are always a surprise, decided on by the chef and kids throughout the week. This day will challenge the kids to use all of the skills that they have learned this week.
