From the vibrant street food of Bangkok to the comforting home-cooked meals of northern villages, Thailand offers a unique array of flavours, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Moving beyond the familiar pad Thai and coconut curries, this cooking class presents a fresh perspective on Thai cuisine with a selection of unique and authentic dishes.

Tips and tricks to expect: 

  • Using and sourcing traditional East Asian ingredients
  • Steaming fish in banana leaves
  • Hosting techniques for larger groups

What's Cooking?

  •  Laab Gai (Thai Chicken Salad and Lettuce Wraps)
  •  Hor Mok Pla (Fresh Cod Steamed in a Banana Leaf with Coconut Sauce Served with Coconut Rice & Vegetables)
  • Thai Banana Roti (Traditional Street Food Dessert)

What to Expect:

  • Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
  • Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
  • Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
  • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
  • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
  • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
