This 4-week baking program provides an afternoon for baking lovers, both sweet and savoury!

Your chef will guide you through tested and perfected recipes, teaching baking techniques, kitchen tips and tricks. Each class will end with participants enjoying their finished goods with café and bar beverages available. All classes include recipes so you can enjoy these at home.

Our space is a wonderful social outing for singles, family members and friends.

Kids ages 12 and up are welcome.

Chocolate Lovers

It’s no coincidence this class is on February 12th! Get your sweet on before Valentine’s Day

A quick trip around the world with some of our favourite carb delights (you will never buy tortillas again after making your own!)

Learn how to achieve a perfect and flaky crust, whether for dinner or dessert!

Cookie Gift Bags (Make over 4 dozen Cookies!)

We’re going to end our 4-week session with something sweet – cookies to share! Each participant will leave with a minimum of 4 dozen cookies – 1 dozen of each style below. Perfect for sharing with family and friends…. Or freezing and saving for yourself!

  • Langues de chat (“cat tongue” cookies, dipped in chocolate)
  • Citrus Shortbread
  • Ginger Molasses Crinkles
  • Oatmeal Raisin

What to Expect:

  • Classes begin at 1 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
  • Our classes combine safe fun and learning through an interactive, team approach 
  • Guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
  • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
  • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
  • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
  • Note, we require a minimum of 6 participants to run the class
