Pull up a chair in Chef Julian Pancer's kitchen. Enjoy an intimate and exclusive evening of cooking, cocktails, good music, storytelling and, of course, delicious food. Chef Julian spent a lot of his childhood on the water. From boating, to fishing, to simply eating some of the most wonderful freshly caught fish that this world has to offer. Chef Julian shares his knowledge and passion for cooking and seafood in this evening dedicated to seafood lovers.

Upon Arrival: Raw and Charbroiled Oysters

Pan-Seared Sea Scallops with Fresh Greens, Radish and Citrus

Lobster Ravioli with Fresh-Made Pasta and Tarragon-Bisque Sauce

Moules Frites in a Spicy Tomato Sauce (Mussels and Fries)

Homemade Mango Ice Cream with Coconut-Rum Whipped Cream
