Join us for this Exclusive Chef Spotlight Menu featuring Chef Luis' NOLA tour!

Born in Baton Rouge, LA, Chef Luis is excited to bring the unique flavours from the greatest culinary mixing pot of the Southern United States, Louisiana. 
Cajun food is hearty, delicious, and packed with flavour. Ingredients and techniques from different cultures are melted together to form Louisiana cuisine with influences from France, West Africa, and Spain. 
Chef Luis invites you to join him for a night of culinary exploration where you discover the secrets of Cajun cooking and enjoy a taste of Louisiana.

Menu:

Upon arrival snack: Crostinis and Muffuletta dip
Appetizer: Crab Cakes and Remoulade with Cajun-Creole Gumbo
Mains: Blackened Catfish and Andouille Jambalaya
Sides: Signature Pickled Jalapeno Corn Bread
Dessert: Beignets with Bourbon Custard and Berries

  • Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
  • Our classes combine fun and learning through an interactive, team approach in our single stove family style kitchen
  • All guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
  • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
  • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
  • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
