Join us for an unforgettable mixology and cooking class where you'll learn the art of crafting delicious cocktails and mouth-watering dishes. This class includes a full meal, cooking class, cocktail demo and 3 cocktails per guest. 

What’s Cooking?

  • Upon Arrival:  Edamame with Truffle Sea Salt - Perfectly steamed edamame pods sprinkled with aromatic truffle sea salt for a sophisticated twist.
  • Mini Spicy Tuna Tartare on Crispy Wonton Chips: Tastiest and most impressive. A delightful bite-sized introduction featuring sushi-grade tuna, creamy avocado, and a hint of spice.
  • Chef-Prepared Appetizer: Traditional Miso Soup – A warm, savoury broth enriched with umami-packed miso, tender tofu cubes, and delicate seaweed ribbons, perfectly balanced to awaken your palate
    • Paired with: Sake Collins (Junmai Sake, Sparkling Yuzu Sake, Yuzu garnish)
  • Interactive Main Course: Mastering Sushi Creations – Dive into the world of sushi artistry as you craft your own maki rolls and nigiri. Use an array of sushi-grade fish, crisp vegetables, and premium ingredients to create restaurant-quality rolls under the guidance of our expert chef

Flow of the Evening:

  • 6 pm – guests arrive and enjoy some time to snack and mingle
  • 6:30 – chef and mixologist introduction, guests make their first cocktail and enjoy the chef prepared first course
  • 7:15 – guests prepare the main course
  • 8:15 – second cocktail is prepared to enjoy with the main course
  • 8:45 pm – third cocktail is prepared and enjoyed with dessert
  • *additional beverages (alcoholic or soft drinks) are available for purchase at any time during the event

Shake it Up with Mixology Matt

Matt kicked off his Mixology journey during Covid-19. With bars closed, he brought the bar home. He bought his first Shaker Set, watched some videos online, and that was the first domino that fell. He is now happily sharing his passion for mixology across the GTA via private events, weddings, corporate functions, and classes. He has been a finalist in many competitions with a growing team of over 10+ bartenders across the province. On most nights you will catch him with a Whisky cocktail or a Craft Beer.
