  • Our Junior Chef Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
  • Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
  • Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
  • Classes are 2 hours each, from10 am - 12 pm
  • All government guidelines for safety are followed including masks, temperature checks and distancing while eating

Week 1- Saturday January 8 - Pub Classics

  • Broccoli, Beer and Cheddar Soup
  • Juicy Burgers with Horseradish Mayo, Caramelized Onions, and Baby Arugula
  • Homemade Creamy Coleslaw

Week 2- Saturday January 15 - In the Calzone!

  • Assorted calzones
  • Grilled portobello, asparagus and arugula salad 

Week 3- Saturday January 22 - Taco Party!

  • Homemade tortillas with flank steak and roasted fish
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Crunchy slaw 

Week 4- Saturday January 29- Brunch for dinner

  • Frittata
  • Maple-glazed bacon
  • Brioche French toast
  • Fruit smoothies

Week 5- Saturday February 5 - Exploring the Flavours of India

  • Vegetarian Samosa with Mango Chutney
  • Butter Chicken
  • Basmati Rice
  • Naan Bread

Week 6- Saturday February 12 -Valentine’s Day

  • Coq au Vin with roasted vegetables
  • Chocolate dipped strawberries


        Week 7- Saturday February 26- Nonna’s Favourites

        • Meat or veggie lasagna with homemade pasta and tomato sauce
        • Stracciatella soup

        Week 8- Saturday March 5 – French Canadian Favourites
