Take a culinary trip through the bazaars and shooks of the middle east. Our kitchen will harness palette of the aromas and flavours you would find in a traditional middle eastern market. Learn the techniques and significance behind these ancient recipes so you can head home and impress your friends with a bazaar experience!

  • Creative Middle Eastern side dishes
  • A nut-free take on baklava

What's Cooking?

  • Upon Arrival Snack: Chef's Choice
  • Dolma (grape leaves stuffed with rice)
  • Artichokes with a lemon za’atar dipping sauce
  • Kebabs 3 ways: lamb kafta, spiced chicken and shrimp
  • Baklava made with sunflower seeds
  • This menu is easily made vegetarian, dairy free or gluten free (any dietary requirements must be noted in the comments section of registration)

What to Expect:

      • Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and are about 3 hours long
      • Our classes combine fun and learning through an interactive, team approach in our single stove family style kitchen
      • All guests will work together to create a full meal of several courses with multiple steps, under the guidance our chef - learn and then eat!
      • Each course is broken down into key steps and recipes will be emailed after the class so you can recreate the meal at home
      • The chef will offer tips and tricks based on their personal experiences.
      • When not cooking, relax with a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or soft drink (available for purchase during the class)
