  • Our Junior Chef Cooking Classes are sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
  • Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
  • Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more

Monday January 16 –  Homemade Italian

  • Minestrone Soup
  • Fresh made gnocchi with tomato, alfredo and pesto sauces
  • Classic Tiramisu

Monday January 23 – French Canadian Favourites

  • Classic Poutine
  • Tourtiere
  • Salad Verte

Monday January 30 – Chinese Round Table

  • Assorted dim sum – steamed and pan-fried dumplings (chicken, shrimp and vegetarian)
  • Sesame-soy bok choy and carrots
  • Mango cakes with coconut whipped cream

Monday February 6 –  Taco Party!

  • Homemade tortillas with flank steak and roasted fish
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Crunchy slaw 

Monday February 13 – Tuesday February 14 -  Valentine’s Day

  • Leek and potato soup
  • Coq au vin with roasted root vegetables and fresh baked baguette
  • Chocolate mousse with fresh berries


Monday February 27 – Japanese Sushi Bar

  • Miso soup
  • Roll your own sushi with fresh made sushi rice, assorted fish and vegetable fillings
  • Chocolate dipped fruit dusted with matcha green tea

 Monday March 6 –  Iron Chef Finale

This class is always a surprise. It will be a fun class that will challenge the kids to use all of the skills that they have learned in the previous 7 weeks
