  • Our winter break camp is sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
  • Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
  • Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, learn kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
  • Camp runs from 9 am - 4 pm and is open for ages 7 - 14

Monday December 20 - Fun with Pizza Dough

  • Breakfast Paninis
  • Classic Pizzas
  • Mini Calzones
  • Garlic Knots
  • Marinara Dipping Sauce
  • Caesar Salad

Tuesday December 21 - Fajita Party!

  • Huevos Rancheros
  • Beef, Chicken, Peppers, Onions, Corn and Black Bean Salsa with Mexican Chopped Salad
  • Baked Churros with Chocolate Sauce

Wednesday December 22 - Holiday Harvest

  • Eggs, Toast, Sausage and Fresh Fruit
  • Lemon, Garlic and Rosemary Whole-Roasted Chicken
  • Sweet Potato Mash
  • Roasted Green Beans with Shallots and Garlic
  • Mini Apple Pies

Thursday December 23 - Hanukkah Feast

  • Pancakes and Fresh Fruit
  • Maple Roasted Salmon
  • Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Parsley and Tahini Dressing
  • Latkes with Sour Cream and Homemade Apple Sauce
  • Sufganiyot (jelly filled powder donuts)
