  • Our winter break camp is sure to inspire your child's inner chef!
  • Hands-on experience to get kids comfortable in the kitchen and try new foods, all while encouraging their creativity
  • Our junior chefs will learn to make all of the recipes from scratch, learn to use a variety of utensils, learn kitchen safety and hygiene, how to properly measure dry and liquid ingredients, how to follow a recipe, table etiquette and much more
  • Camp runs from 9 am - 4 pm and is open for ages 7 - 14

Monday December 27 - Italian Day

  • Frittata and Fruit Smoothies
  • Cheese Ravioli, Minestrone Soup, Garlic Bread
  • Stracciatella Gelato

Tuesday December 28 - Greek Feast

  • Granola and Yogurt Berry Parfaits
  • Greek Salad, Chicken Souvlaki, Tzatziki, Homemade Pita
  • Nut-free baklava (made with sunflower seeds!)

Wednesday December 29 - Home for the Holidays

  • French Toast with Berries
  • Rosemary-Dijon Marinated Turkey Breast 
  • Roasted Brussel Sprouts
  • Side of Stuffing
  • Cranberry Sauce 
  • Classic Butter Tarts

Thursday December 30 - Baked and Sweets

  • Bread Pudding with Bananas, Berries and Chocolate Chips
  • Veggie and Meat Quiche with Garden Salad
  • Pumpkin Pie Tarts with Homemade Dough
  • Decorated Ginger Molasses Crinkle Cookies
  • Hot Cocoa
