Sip Sip Hooray! Join Chef Julian Pancer and The Wine Consul Ellen Lainez for an early evening treat. Each month, we will feature a unique "appy hour" dish with 2 wine pairings. Chef Julian will lead the group through the preparation of the dish while Wine Concierge Ellen will guide guests through her curated wine pairings.
Pricing includes virtual cooking lesson, guided wine pairings, ingredients for 2 and 2 x 750 ml wine pairings delivered to your door (*within the GTA).

Learn new tips and tricks for our unique dishes and wine pairings
Log in at 4 p.m. and get cooking at 4:30 p.m. (class will last about an hour and a half)
How to Connect:
Register for the class
Ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded on a computer or mobile device (we suggest using a laptop for the best experience)
Shortly after registration, we will send you an ingredient and kitchen tools list, as well as set up that will be needed for the class
Half an hour before the class, you will have access to the Zoom class. Take that time to sign-in, connect with your fellow foodies and make sure you are ready to go
