Take a trip through Italy, right from home! Enjoy Chef Lisa’s antipasto specialties, make orecchiette pasta from scratch and finish off with a unique

  • Chef Lisa Ursi’s Antipasto Specialties (Pesto-Marinated Bocconcini, Marinated Artichokes, and Garlic, Herb & Citrus Olives)
  • Fresh-made Orecchiette with Sausage or Chicken and Rapini in a Natural Pan-Sauce
  • Tuscan Chocolate and Ricotta Cake

What to Expect:

  • Connect with fellow foodies
  • Learn new tips and tricks: 
    • Personal experiences and tips from the chef 
    • Just like Nonna does it – Italian kitchen secrets
    • Pasta from scratch
    • Pasta cookery, Careful balancing of heat, time, and texture, how much water to use and how salty?
    • Hone your knife skills with proper technique
  • Class begins at 6 p.m. (EST) and is about 3 hours long
  • The evening consists of a full meal, prepared by you in your own home under the guidance of our chef, via Zoom

How to Connect:

  1. Register for the class
  2. Ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded on a computer or mobile device (we suggest using a laptop for the best experience)
  3. Shortly after registration, we will send you an ingredient and kitchen tools list, as well as set up that will be needed for the class
  4. Half an hour before the class, you will have access to the Zoom class.  Take that time to sign-in, connect with your fellow foodies and make sure you are ready to go
