Virtual - Adult Cooking Class - Mexican Taco 'Appi' Hour

Make your own margarita and learn the secret to making great tacos.

What's Cooking?

• OPTIONAL - Make your own Margarita cocktail or martini. Who can create the most unique drink?
• Blackened Fish, Chicken, Steak, or Vegetarian Tacos
• Homemade Flour or Corn Tortillas
• Guacamole and Taco Toppings

What to Expect:

• Connect with fellow foodies
• Learn new tips and tricks: Balancing sweet and savoury, Thinking outside the "salad" box, Building a beautiful vegetarian stew, Understanding Moroccan spices and ingredients, Baking the perfect lemon cake, The science of baking
• Hone your knife skills
• Class begins at 6 p.m. (EST) and is about 3 hours long
• The evening consists of a full meal, prepared by you in your own home under the guidance of our chef, via Zoom

How to Connect:

1. Register for the class
2. Ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded on a computer or mobile device (we suggest using a laptop for the best experience)
3. Shortly after registration, we will send you an ingredient and kitchen tools list, as well as set up that will be needed for the class
4. Half an hour before the class, you will have access to the Zoom class.  Take that time to sign-in, connect with your fellow foodies and make sure you are ready to go
